I used 3.5G Bandluxe HSDPA Connection Manager.I looked in the statistic bar that show the fluctuation of download and upload. the average speed of that current download statistic between 50 until 300 kbps. But, I didn't see anything well according to that statistic. when I downloaded something from internet, I still found that the usage percentage isn't optimal. how do I do now to optimizing my network connection.
