I would love this because I wouldn't have to download 3 updates of 500mb area in the last 2 months. It should be like OSX its a patch. That might be a bit nicer on jailbreakers. And if it just comes over the air I would have to worry less about it. iPad 2 DVD Ripper This is a great point Dan, to be honest, all the rumors a bit much when it comes to mobile phones .... but its so much fun to speculate!
